About Me
I’m Tim Bazley, your local electrician based in Crawley Down, West Sussex.
I’m semi retired but not ready to hang up my tool belt any time soon! Therefore I’m happy to take on all those small jobs most electricians aren’t interested in doing.
I’m not interested in bigger, more complicated jobs these days and happy to fill this gap in the market that I know frustrates so many people out there.
If that includes you and you’re having trouble finding someone reliable to change that light or replace that dodgy socket, then do get in touch by hitting the button below…
I also have a passion for travel, especially to the Far East and have seen first hand the poverty that exists out there.
I’ve also seen how people who can speak some English are often much better off than those who can’t. For example, the ‘front of house’ staff in hotels and restaurants are normally much better paid than those ‘back of house’ who can’t speak any English.
I’m a firm believer that learning the English language can help many in poorer countries lift themselves out of poverty and create much better lives for themselves and their families.
I want to do two things to help achieve this:
1. Donate 2.5% of all my labour earnings for each job to English language schools abroad to provide more learning facilities and to fund scholarships for poorer people keen to learn English.
2. To gain a TEFL (Teaching English As A Foreign Language) qualification so I can teach English myself online in the evenings in and around my electrical work.
I plan to start a YouTube channel soon documenting all this, including travel to language schools abroad to prove how much the donation money is helping people.
